Expected attendance is between 3000 to 4000 people.

The 2024 Kelowna Women's Expo will be held at MNP place located at 4105 Gordon Dr.

Free parking available in the building parking lot.

This venue is on a bus route! If you're feeling active, bike over and take advantage of the bike racks outside the venue.

Only 1 business per booth space is permitted.

Yes! Product sales are encouraged along with mini sessions (photos, services etc.)

We only require 50% down to secure a booth with remaining balance not due until 30 days prior to show date.

Children are welcomed. Free entry for ages 12 and under.

$2 Million dollar liability Insurance policy is mandatory for all vendors to obtain prior to event.

Early Bird Tickets will release May 15 2024.

Regular price tickets will be available for purchase at the event. However, we encourage you to take advantage of the early bird pricing!
